For Bloggers – Functional Demo of “BlogSpirit”

“BlogSpirit” is just a working title, name ideas would be helpful.

We have a functional beta ready. The inhouse feed aggregator was not going to stand up to the stress of a million blogren logging on at once, so we’re building on another open source RSS framework called Gregarius.

http://www.nodesix.net/blogspirit/

We’ll be adding the additional features with time.

Let us know what you think so far.

this is one excellent idea. I no longer have to hop from blog to blog to find who has posted what. Interestingly i had suggested this to Ivan a couple of months back and we had started initial work but then here you come and carry it to completion! Excellent Solomon and thanks for this.

Is it possible to create an atom/rss feed to the aggregator? I know i know lazy of me, but i miss so many blogs cuz i resigned myself to feeds as opposed to browsing. An implementation of your compilation would be awesome.

    Cheers
